You will find the full menu for the Urban Ministries Practicum below. We'll do our best to accommodate those with dietary needs and restrictions, though we're a small operation and appreciate your patience and understanding. Should the menu not fully meet your needs, you will have access to a fridge and freezer, along with a microwave and toaster.

PLEASE RESPOND by selecting your meal choices below AND by registering for the conference at the Ferguson Community Empowerment Center. (Click here for the conference registration). Note: not all meals come with specific choices, so you will not need to choose all meals. Please complete by MONDAY, MARCH 26.

We'll have Coffee, iced/hot tea, and water available all day, along with snack items for those afternoon munchies.

MONDAY

Lunch: Chicken Salad on Croissants / Fresh Fruit and Veggies / Assorted Chips

Dinner: Taqueria El Bronco / Traditional Mexican Cuisine

TUESDAY

Breakfast: John's Donuts / Toasted Bread or English Muffins with PB + J / Hardboiled Eggs / Fresh Fruit

Lunch: Choose between Lulu's (Vegan) or Cafe Natasha's (Persian). Click the restaurant name for links to menus. They are both delicious options!

Dinner: Catered BBQ from Bogart's Smokehouse / Turkey + Beef Brisket / Baked Beans / Potato Salad / Garden Salad / Dessert

WEDNESDAY

Breakfast: Oatmeal with Assorted Toppings / Toasted Bread or English Muffins with PB + J / Hardboiled Eggs / Fresh Fruit

Lunch: Sauce on the Side

Dinner: Boxed Dinners from Seed, Sprout, Spoon. Please choose below.

Thursday

Breakfast: Pastries / Toasted Bread or English Muffins with PB + J / Hardboiled Eggs / Fresh Fruit
